FALL 2026 Menu at Course Restaurant

Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team at COURSE have crafted an immersive dining experience that delights both the palate and the eyes. The FALL menu, beginning September 25th, highlights the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, celebrating the essence of autumn.

Join us Tuesday-Saturday evenings for dinner service from 5-9 pm.

Friday and Saturday, explore the ‘Chef Tasting’.

Tuesday through Thursday, we offer a 5-course Prix Fixe menu, with the option to upgrade to the full tasting menu. 

Guests can now enhance their meal with some of Chef’s favorite indulgent “add-ons” like foie gras and Animal Fries.

Pair your experience with our expert sommelier, David Sander’s, wine pairing or mixologist, Justin Chard’s, new FALL cocktail creations.
