Here’s what else is happening at the resort this spring:

  • Fermin Iberico Suckling Pig Happy Hour – Every Tuesday, 4–6 PM
  • This chef-led bar experience features tacos carved to order by Chef Sammy DeMarco, served with house-made toppings and salsas. The in-house sommelier has crafted sangria specials and curated wine and beer pairings to complement the flavors.
  • Spain Passport Wine Dinner – Monday, April 30
  • Part of the resort’s monthly wine series, this dinner highlights a Spanish-inspired menu featuring Pan Con Tomate, Gambas al Ajillo, Croquetas de Jamón Serrano, and traditional Spanish Paella, each paired with regional wines.
  • Day Passes – $75 for full access to the pool and spa
  • A great option for locals who want a quick recharge without an overnight stay.
