WORLD CLASS CUISINE FROM THE SPRING HARVEST: The Boulders Certified Organic Garden offers a seasonal harvest with spring crops that include Radishes, Beets, Garlic Chives, Maui Onions, Oregano, Chocolate Mint, Spearmint and more. These fresh ingredients are included in the new spring menus at the resort’s five restaurants.
Culinary events planned for the spring season include the Winemaker Dinner Series featuring Ziata/Cakebread Cellars on March 14 and Simi Winery on April 25. Each dinner includes culinary demonstrations, tastings and a specialty five-course menu paired with wine. In May, a festive “Cinco de Mayo” Mexican food celebration is planned at the Spotted Donkey Cantina that includes food, a live Mariachi Band and a diverse selection of mescal, rare tequila, wine, and Mexican beer.
Special for Spring Training: Throughout the month of March, the Grill Kitchen & Bar at the Boulders Clubhouse is the perfect place to cheer on a favorite baseball team. The restaurant will also be offering team-themed hot dogs: For the Arizona Diamondback fans (Diamondback Dog with bacon wrapped/onion/tomato/green chili/salsa/mayo/brioche bun). For Chicago White Sox fans (Chicago Dog with onion/tomato/mustard/sport pepper/sweet green relish/pickle spear/celery salt/poppy seed). For the Seattle Mariner fans (Seattle Dog with cream cheese/sauteed onion/pretzel bun). For the Texas Rangers fans (Texas Chili Cheese Dog with meat/chili/cheddar/onion/brioche bun).

Multiple baby bobcat rescues at the SPA in the springtime inspired a new service that connects nature with wellness. Every spring, the spa team at the Boulders Resort discover tiny baby bobcats as their mothers give birth in a safe, quiet outdoor environment. Each time, spa volunteers have contacted Southwest Wildlife for medical attention, foster care, and a successful release back into the wild. These ongoing stories inspired the new “Desert Zen Package” that combines a Desert Zen Massage, an Organic Signature Facial and a Spa lunch followed by a Wildlife & Nature Tour. The tour takes place, via golf cart, on the resort grounds, a rich habitat for birds and friendly desert wildlife that can be seen darting across the landscape. “The restorative effects of nature and therapeutic spa treatments are key to enhancing true well-being.”
