Here's how the program works:
- Copy Experience Scottsdale on a qualifying RFP via Cvent
- An Experience Scottsdale sales manager will contact you to assist in your search of Scottsdale, offering destination expertise. Your RFP will be kept for our internal files only, we do not forward it onto hotels.
- Once a preferred property list is determined, Experience Scottsdale will create your customized site visit:**
- Complimentary airfare for one (1) Meeting Planner (minimum 100 group rooms peak night)***
OR
Complimentary airfare for one (1) Meeting Planner and one (1) HelmsBriscoe Associate (minimum 250 group rooms peak night)*** - Arrange transportation and site inspections of individual properties and venues
- Arrange overnight accommodations
- If you wish, Experience Scottsdale staff will accompany you on your site
- Complimentary Scottsdale gift
These services are completely free and there’s no additional cost to you. Copy Experience Scottsdale on your qualifying RFP and experience Scottsdale first-hand today! Terms & Conditions:
* Client must have an active RFP for Scottsdale with minimum 100 group rooms peak night. Only one (1) airline ticket paid by Experience Scottsdale per site visit with 100 group rooms peak or two (2) airline tickets paid by Experience Scottsdale with 250+ group rooms peak night; $600 maximum value paid per airline ticket. Certain exceptions may apply to room night requirement based on Experience Scottsdale and property approval. Please call 800-782-1117 for more information.
** A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed for all site visits.
*** Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note once ticketed, should you need to cancel, Experience Scottsdale will invoice you for the cost of the airline ticket. Airline tickets must be purchased by the Experience Scottsdale. Ticket expense cannot be reimbursed to clients if tickets are purchased on own.without prior approval by Experience Scottsdale.
