Whether you’d like to ring in the New Year over a relaxing gourmet dinner or party way past midnight, these Scottsdale celebrations will help you welcome 2019 in style.



ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

December 31, 2018 | Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Looking for a New Year’s feast with a hip, mid-century modern vibe? ZuZu at the iconic Hotel Valley Ho is the place to be. ZuZu will serve a prix-fixe dinner menu from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for $125 per person. If you prefer a late dinner, choose the 8 p.m. seating for $160 per person. Each of your meal’s courses will be paired with Champagne.


Hearth '61 at Mountain Shadows

December 31, 2018 | Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Hearth ’61 at Mountain Shadows helps you celebrate the New Year with a prix-fixe menu and Champagne toast in the shadow of scenic Camelback Mountain. Two dinner seatings will be offered, the first at 6:30 p.m. priced at $120 per person, and a second at 9:30 p.m. for $150 per person. A special gust DJ will keep your night filled with fresh beats.


Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa

December 31, 2018 | Seating begins at 5 p.m.

The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is offering two exciting options for ringing in the New Year. Partake in a traditional Spanish tapas tasting led by the chefs at Prado. For $125 per person, you’ll enjoy a steady stream of small plates as you taste the tapas menu. You’ll also receive a complimentary glass of Dom Perignon.

If a full dinner is more your style, Prado is serving a four-course, prix-fixe menu for $125 per person, featuring mouthwatering delights like the Braised Cowboy Short-Rib, Pasiega Cheesecake with seasonal berries and raspberry coulis, and a glass of Champagne.

Seating for your choice of the Tapas Tasting or four-course dinner is available between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.


T. Cook's at the Royal Palms

December 31, 2018 | Seating begins at 5 p.m.

Choose from a three-course tasting menu or five-course dinner at T. Cooks this New Year’s Eve. Menu highlights include Herb-Marinated American Wagyu beef, Glacier 51 Seabass, and Brown Butter Potato Gnocchi. The three-course tasting menu is priced at $95 per person and seating is available from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The five-course dinner, complete with a Moet Champagne toast, is $150 per person and seating is offered from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.


Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort

December 31, 2018 | Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Toast 2018 one last time with a sophisticated sit-down dinner at elements restaurant. The dinner features an inspired four-course menu by celebrity Chef Beau MacMillan available at two seating times – the first from 5:30 to 7 p.m. ($150 per person) and the second, which includes a complimentary Champagne toast, party favors and admission to the jade bar NYE bash (see below), is from 8 to 10:30 p.m. ($195 per person).

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Tanzy with a five-course dinner priced at $95 per person, which includes a complimentary glass of champagne, and live music from 5 p.m. to midnight. Ossetra Caviar, Roasted Beet & Burrata, Grilled Lamb Chops paired with Seared Scallops, and raspberry and vanilla Baked Alaska are some of the delicious items you can choose from for dinner. Add wine parings for an additional $35.   Looking for a vegetarian option? Tempura Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Risotto will be offered for $85 per person.





December 31, 2018 | 8 p.m.

“Countdown to Confetti” begins at 8 p.m. New Year’s Eve at El Hefe in Old Town Scottsdale. Decked out in classic gold, black and silver décor, El Hefe turns up the heat with the hottest DJ in town, DJ Convince, plus no cover until 11 p.m.  And if you want to party on New Year’s Day,  this hotspot will open at 6 p.m. on January 1.



December 31, 2018 | 8 p.m.

Turn your New Year’s Eve into a Champagne supernova at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Old Town Scottsdale. With no cover until 11 p.m., this place is sure to be rockin’ all night long. Music by DJ Real, festive drink specials and New Year’s décor ensure you’ll ring in 2019 the right way. Tickets start at $20.



Ring in 2019 at Scottsdale’s newest nightlife venue, Riot House, with “The World Is Yours” party. This Scarface- and pink neon- themed party starts at 8 p.m. with music from DJ Cutswell playing the hottest hip hop, top 40 and EDM. Arrive before 9 p.m. to avoid the long lines. Tickets are available online and start at $40.


Talking Stick Resort


December 31, 2018 | 8 p.m.

Raven’s New Year’s Eve Gala at Talking Stick Resort is one of the most highly anticipated parties of the season. High-energy party band Bounce will perform a blend of classic and current favorites, while local spin-master DJ Mr. Pink will keep avid dancers on their feet all night long. Party amenities include two full bars, $7 specialty cocktails, party favors, and a Champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased online.


Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain


December 31, 2018 | 8 p.m.

At jade bar, the New Year’s Eve bash begins at 8 p.m. and goes until 1 a.m., complete with a dance floor and live music from DJ Hybrid. Dinner packages, priced at $1,100 for a table of four and $1,650 for a table of six, include a four-course, prix-fixe holiday menu; a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne; and party favors.


Royal Palms Resort and Spa


December 31, 2018 | 9 p.m.

Travel back to the 1920s at the Royal Palms’ Roaring Twenties Extravaganza. There will be two unique party spaces, one featuring DJ-spun tunes and the other keeping it cool with a jazz band, as well as tapas and dessert bars, a photo booth, and a Champagne toast and three-minute fireworks show at midnight. Although it’s not required, a fashion nod to the 1920s is encouraged! Tickets are $150 per person, which includes two alcoholic beverages (known as “giggle water” back in the day!)
