SCOTTSDALE REWARDS THE BOARD REBATE PROGRAM
This tiered rebate program helps you boost your return on investment when you book both a board of directors meeting and a related general association meeting in Scottsdale. The more rooms booked for your general meeting, the higher the rebate applied to your meeting master bill*.

*Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for the Scottsdale Rewards the Board rebate, the following parameters must be met:
- RFPs for both meetings (general and board) must be sourced through Experience Scottsdale and each must meet the requirement of a minimum two-night stay. Meetings do not need to be held at the same hotel or resort.
- Board meeting must be held either prior to or within 12 months following the general association meeting.
- The general meeting and related board meeting must be contracted within 12 months of each other.
- Rebate amount is based upon the number of actualized room nights at the general association meeting.
- Rebate will be applied to the master bill of whichever meeting is held last.
