Just be sure to call ahead for reservations as these holiday meals will book up quickly!

 


ADERO Scottsdale

CIELO, ADERO Scottsdale’s signature restaurant, will be offering a special three-course pre-fixe menu to celebrate the holidays. Highlights include a winter celeriac and leek soup, as well as main-course options like peppercorn-crusted roasted beef ribeye and porketta with sage and fennel, served with pan-roasted sweet squash, broccolini and blistered tomatoes. Save room for a slice of decadent mint brittle New York cheesecake for dessert.

JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa

Scottsdale’s legendary Camelback Inn offers you two delicious options for Christmas dinner. Enjoy romantically lit al fresco dining at Rita’s Cantina & Bar which offers an elegant three-course, pre-fixe menu. Choose from options such as roasted cauliflower and parsnip bisque, baby kale and watercress salad, sherry orange glazed ham, slow-roasted Cornish hen, seasonal butternut squash ham and vanilla cheesecake with white chocolate peppermint snow.

Also on Christmas Day, Lincoln Steakhouse will host an a la carte dinner from its sister restaurant, Rita’s Cantina. Menu choices include guajillo glazed salmon and lobster, prime flat iron carne asada steak frites and Rita’s signature chicken enchilada roja. For dessert, don’t pass up the Baked Arizona (prickly pear semifreddo, saguaro cactus seed cake and charred meringue).
