  • Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North has added Desert Orchard, a new artisanal café honoring the beauty, resilience and quiet abundance of the Sonoran Desert. Tucked beneath the dramatic backdrop of Pinnacle Peak, the café serves a fresh, seasonal menu that evolves throughout the day. Leading this new chapter is newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef Christina Kaelberer, an award-winning culinary talent with more than 15 years in the field.
  • AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town opened its doors in February 2026, bringing the brand’s signature European-inspired design and “Perfectly Precise” guest experience to Old Town Scottsdale. AC Hotel Scottsdale offers 168 rooms and two rooftop attractions – a pool and Cielito, a bar and restaurant showcasing flavors of Northwest Mexico. Visitors will also find an AC Lounge, fitness center, flexible meeting and event spaces, and pet-friendly rooms.
  • As part of its recent and ongoing $24-million renovation, the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas continues to reveal elevated new amenities across the property. The latest addition is Salt & Sol, a Mediterranean-inspired poolside restaurant showcasing fresh cuisine alongside a curated selection of specialty salts from around the world.
  • Sanctuary Camelback Mountain has completed a $7 million renovation that encompassed more than 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including the expanded Views Ballroom, Views Terrace, Paradise Views, Lower Lawn and Cholla meeting room. These upgrades also maximize the glorious sunsets and scenic views for which Sanctuary is known.
  • JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Sparecently unveiled a $25-million transformation of its iconic spa. The fully remodeled spa offers deeply personalized and nature-connected wellness rooted in its new ariVéa philosophy – a holistic approach that blends timeless rituals with the energy and serenity of the desert. Spa highlights include 20 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy pools, an indoor Wellness Circuit, a new Wellness Studio with sound baths, the debut of Ora Café and a licensed nutritionist on site.
  • Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, previously the Scottsdale Plaza Resort & Villas, recently debuted the first phase of a property-wide renovation. Kimpton Miralina spans 40 acres with 260 revamped guest rooms and casitas. Larger Valley Villas and Residences will follow in late 2026 for a total of 404 rooms. New offerings and amenities include Hecho Libre restaurant led by James Beard Award- and Michelin Guide-recognized Chef Wes Avila, six swimming pools, Spa Miralina, “Desert Reveries” living art installations, and state-of-the-art event space anchored by the new Horizon Pavilion.

  • bluSONIL, a longevity, wellness and regenerative aesthetics studio, opened at Scottsdale Quarter in Dec. 2025. The concept fuses evidence-based medical innovation with concierge-style hospitality, featuring a flexible model to serve every client’s needs. Wellness therapies include medical-grade peptide therapy and hormonal optimization, IV therapy, contrast therapy, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, leveraging the world’s only “smart chamber” at the cellular level. Offering two exceptional dining levels, the interiors nod to the celebration of multiple cultures, while the menu reflects the chef's travels across 20+ Mediterranean countries including Turkey, Italy, France, Malta, Greece, Spain and Morocco.   • Anhelo, a celebrated fine-dining restaurant that recently relocated from Phoenix, brought its reputation for elevated twists on modern fare to the serene streets of Old Town Scottsdale. Chef Ivan Jacobo meticulously creates each dish, taking diners on an adventure through flavorful storytelling. Accompanied by one of the most renowned wine programs in the state, each course and glass will take guests on a palate-rewarding journey of a lifetime.
  • Long-awaited Din Tai Fung has opened its doors at Scottsdale Fashion Square, bringing its world-famous dumplings to Old Town. Din Tai Fung offers diners family-style feasting on a variety of Taiwanese favorites. In addition to their signature juicy Xiao Long Bao, favorites include Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Shao Mai, Noodles with Sesame Sauce and a side of String Beans with Garlic. Don't forget to sign off the night with the Chocolate Buns, an explosion of chocolate truffle in a pillowy soft package.
  • The Guest House, a new addition to the dining roster at Scottsdale Quarter, brings its elegant, social dining concept to North Scottsdale. Led by Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller, the menu features elevated New American specialties, including tuna and caviar cones, a premium Wagyu steak program and spicy rigatoni with pancetta, Calabrian chili and house-made pomodoro.
  • Coming soon to the Scottsdale Waterfront in Old Town is BOA Steakhouse. Expected to open in the first half of 2026, BOA Steakhouse will deliver a celebrity-favorite, modern steakhouse experience, serving signature dry-aged steaks, an elevated raw bar and refined cocktail and wine programs.

EVENTS
  • During the Scottsdale ArtWalk (weekly on Thursday evenings) the galleries of the Old Town Arts District stay open late from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and welcome guests with exhibition openings, artist demonstrations and live entertainment. ArtWalk is a wonderful opportunity to meet local artists and explore creativity in all its forms.
